Awaken and become one with your body. This belly dance course is great for beginners or belly dancers who haven't danced in a while. It will cover the cabaret style of belly dance with emphasis on hips, arms, chest, and of course belly! You will learn the foundations of belly dance technique, gain muscle awareness by practicing muscle isolations, strength building, posture, & musicality. This class will also allow you to explore your inner goddess while gaining the benefits of improved posture, balance, muscle toning and stress reduction! This is a limited class so don't wait!
